To enrich the processing and packaging industry with diversity and new impulses, interpack is strengthening the exchange, networking and career opportunities for women with the “Women in Packaging” initiative.

The topic was presented for the first time at interpack 2023. Since then, the initiative has also been present at the interpack alliance's annual trade fairs abroad in China and Egypt.

Networking events and panel discussions will also address the impact of women on key industry issues such as sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important.

Throughout the year, content, interviews and targeted communication activities ensure that the initiative is widely visible.
