The free B2B Matchmaking Service is the most effective tool to directly meet qualified buyers, distributors, and decision-makers. The one-on-one meetings will be held in a designated area or at the exhibitor's stand at the venue.
After you book your exhibition stand or register your visit you are granted access to the B2B Matchmaking Platform.
Already an exhibitor? You can access the Platform with your exhibition manual credentials.
Here's how the Platform works and how to make the most of it:

Tip #1: Specify as many Product Profiles as possible to guarantee you find the right partners.
Tip #2: Upload a picture of yourself or the company's logo.

Tip: You can search for Exhibitors and Visitors by company name, country of origin, or profile using the search bar.
Step 4:
Tip #1: Notify other participants of your availability by "Accepting" or "Rejecting" their meeting request.
Tip #2: You can print or save your Calendar from the page.
Notice: The meeting requests are assigned on a first in / first books basis. If a company/exhibitor declines a meeting with you, you will not be able to request a meeting with them again.
